How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, please contact our customer support team within 24 hours of your booking confirmation and provide:
- A valid link or screenshot showing the lower rental price
- Complete rental details including car type, pickup and drop-off locations, dates, and rental terms
- Your car rental booking confirmation number with Travel O Cost
Conditions for Price Match
- The lower price must be for the exact same vehicle type, rental dates, pickup/drop-off locations, and rental terms.
- The competing offer must be from a reputable and authorized car rental provider or booking website.
- The lower price must be publicly available and not part of a private deal, coupon, or loyalty discount.
- Price match requests must be submitted within 24 hours of your original booking.
- Travel O Cost reserves the right to verify the authenticity and availability of the lower price before approving the match.
Exclusions
Our Price Match Promise does not apply to:
- Prices from auction, bidding, or peer-to-peer rental platforms.
- Errors, glitches, or expired promotions on third-party websites.
- Corporate, group, or long-term rental agreements.
- Prices requiring membership fees, subscriptions, or special eligibility.
How We Refund
If your price match request is approved, we will refund the price difference to the original payment method used for your booking. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
